We have a lot of new patients come into the office with questions like, “How long do I need to see a Chiropractor?” or “How long do I have to come for adjustments?” My answer to this question is in the form of a question: “How long do you want to take care of your spine and nervous system?”.
I would like to address this topic because I’m sure there are some people still on the fence about receiving chiropractic care because they’re unsure about the safety of neck adjustments.
A practice member came in the other day and said “Hey Doc, give me the blood pressure adjustment today!” He, like many of my other patients, had heard that chiropractic adjustments were scientifically proven to be better at lowering blood pressure than prescription medications!
We then began discussing other ways to improve his overall health. One of the topics was relating to vitamins, he asked me “What Vitamins Will Help Improve My Health?”.
“How Often Do Chiropractors Get Adjustments?”. Fun question to think about, right? Well, if you found this page you wouldn’t be the only curious one out there. I actually have patients come to my office all the time, practically a weekly basis, with the same “Hey Doc, how often do you get adjusted” line.
I had a patient come to see me for his lower back pain, but during his consultation it came to my attention that he was also suffering from vertigo for the past 3 years.
Going back to school has always been my favorite time of year. Re-connecting with friends, new classes, new teachers, and limitless possibilities, what’s not to love?! This time of the year also begins the “cold and flu” season.
