Here is an updated video tip for those of you partaking in our plank challenge! If you are having any struggles or questions with the challenge please feel free to ask.

Remember, planks are a great way to strengthen your core. A stronger core will help you to maintain good spinal health. The reason our spine subluxates, or goes out of alignment is because the muscles are not giving enough support to adapt to the everyday stresses we face. All these planks are designed to help you and support your adjustments better!
