It is official! Our office is officially located in Lincolnwood now and I am a Lincolnwood Chiropractor! All that really means is that the great service you have been receiving 4 blocks south in Sauganash is now being offered in Lincolnwood.
Thank you for all of your patience during this time as we were packing up the old office and also as we have been settling into the new office. The first thing you will notice when you come into our new space is the layout and the energy is much different. We now have an open layout office which allows for shorter wait times for you! I have always prided myself on having an office that sees patients on time at their scheduled time.
We are still on Cicero Ave, 4 blocks North of our old location. Our new address is 6443 N Cicero Ave which is just north of Devon.
We have been open a full week now and have seen a lot of our patients for adjustments in this time! If you haven’t been in to the new space yet, come on in and take a look. I’d love to show you around!
I am excited to announce that we are moving ! We are moving 4 blocks north. From 6015 N Cicero Ave to 6443 N Cicero Ave. We are on the same side of the street as we currently are. The biggest difference is we will now have PARKING!
We have been at our current space in Sauganash since 2008. We will now be located in Lincolnwood, IL. I look forward to still serving Sauganash, Lincolnwood, Evanston, Skokie and the surrounding neighborhoods in Chicago.

In the following video I show you the 3 exercises I do for a quick posture fix. I do these after I find myself sitting for long periods of time. These are great stretches for people who sit at a desk all day long, sit in a car for long time periods, or after a flight. Sitting wreaks havoc on your body and these stretches will help to correct that.
Dr. B Hates Sitting
I spend 80% of my day on my feet. I’m either adjusting patients or standing at my desk doing paperwork. This last weekend I attended a conference and found myself sitting for hours on end. My body felt terrible! At the conclusion of each day of the seminar I did these 3 stretches and I was back to normal in no time!
The three stretches are :
Hip Flexor Stretch
The thoracic bridge is my favorite, but all 3 are important.

Kids are spending more time than ever on portable electronic devices, and for good reason. The jury is out on how healthy or unhealthy this may be for their development and that is not with this article is about. What I want to talk about is how will this affect their posture!
Thursday nights are my favorite night of the week…family adjustment night in the Bourdage household. After I arrive home, we eat dinner, hang out as a family and then before bed my 6 year old knows it’s adjustment night so she’ll say “Baba (Chinese for dad), time for our adjustments!”
